There is a new couple who is taking over the K-pop world today. Red Velvet's Joy and Crush have finally confirmed their romance, and these photos say it all.

The South Korean news outlet Sports Chosun broke the news about Red Velvet's Joy and Crush's romance. To prove the claim, it even published a photo of them together.

In the snaps, the hip-hop singer and his new girlfriend were seen walking their dogs together. While they were enjoying their sweet night bonding, they were wearing matching hats and casual clothing.

According to AllKpop, Joy and Crush started to get closer through their shared love for dogs. They are both dog owners, and there are even reports that they met at an apartment complex in Yongsan, Seoul, with their pooches.

However, Sports Chosun claimed, via South China Morning Post, that the two started dating after collaborating for the song "Mayday." The now-couple began working together in May 2020, and from there, the rest was history.

So, to confirm their romance, Crush's music label, P Nation, officially confirmed its talent, and Joy are now a thing. SM Entertainment followed suit and also announced their relationship.

"Crush and Joy have recently started dating from being a close sunbae and hoobae," the two music companies said.

Now, Joy and Crush's relationship is considered the second high-profile celebrity romance in South Korea that made headlines. On Friday, iKon member Bobby officially announced he would soon get married and become a father.

As expected, fans celebrate the news about Joy and Crush. They have been congratulating the pair on social media, with one asking who had a crush on each other first.

Does Crush have a crush on Joy or the Red Velvet singer first like the former? Whatever it is, the fan said there is so much joy when their crush turns to like the other one back, per Manila Bulletin.

Meanwhile, Crush is an R&B and hip hop singer, who debuted in April 2014 as a solo artist. He started to make a name for himself when he did the song "Beautiful," which was part of the hit drama "Goblin" original soundtrack in 2016.

On the other hand, Joy is famously known for debuting as a Red Velvet member in 2014. She recently released her solo album, "Hello," in May, while her group just made their official comeback on Aug. 16 with the new album, "Queendom."
