Fans cannot hide their excitement over the release of BTS and Coldplay's collaboration song, "My Universe." As the two groups usually drop hints and teasers here and there, they now confirm a fan-made theory.

BTS and Coldplay met in New York after the K-pop group visited the city to attend a United Nations event as a special presidential envoy. Here, they dropped another surprise about "My Universe."

Koreaboo reported the two bands released the song's lyrics in each member's handwriting, confirming the fan-made theory was right all along. To recall, when the British rock band dropped a video of some excerpts of the song's lyrics, many believed the font looked like RM's handwriting.

In addition, they also released custom emojis inspired by the new song, which fans could use on Twitter. They also unveiled their plans for a new video, documentary and other versions of "My Universe."

 

Coldplay's music label, Parlophone, confirmed that a documentary titled "Inside My Universe" would be released on Sunday, Sept. 26, NME noted. There would also be a Supernova7 mix and acoustic version of the song that would be out on Monday, Sept. 27.

A video for BTS and Coldplay's collaboration would also be released to treat fans more, though no official release date was revealed yet.

Meanwhile, the international hitmakers wrote "My Universe" together that would be sung in both English and Korean languages. It would be the second single from Coldplay's new album, "Music of the Spheres," after dropping their comeback hit "Higher Power."

Aside from this, the group also teased the coming of their closing track, "Coloratura." they also confirmed they would be releasing a new track, called Weirdo," as a part of a musical soon.

In other news, BTS shared a snap of their meeting with Coldplay in New York on Twitter. Of course, this made fans all the more excited for their collaboration song.

However, the ARMY seemed to turn emotional when they saw Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion wearing modernized hanboks, per The Hindustan Times. The band's frontman was wearing a purple modernized hanbok, which Jungkook used to wear several times before.

In fact, he had even made modernized hanbok popular internationally. Buckland, Berryman and Champion, alternatively, donned blue, grey and black colors of it.

BTS posted their photo together with a caption, "My Universe Crew! (Modernized Hanbok). On the other hand, Coldplay also shared the same picture and added blue and red heart emojis in the caption.
