Elon Musk isn't done trolling Jeff Bezos.

On Thursday, the US Federal Court of Claims ruled against Blue Origin, which is owned by Jeff Bezos, in its lawsuit against NASA.

The decision by federal judge Richard Hertling brought an end to a months-long court struggle in which Blue Origin had attacked SpaceX as its main target.

Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, responded to the decision on Twitter. Reac ting to a news article about the ruling, he tweeted a meme from the 1995 film "Judge Dredd."

Blue Origin filed a lawsuit against NASA this summer, alleging that the agency disregarded its own requirements when awarding the contract for the Human Landing System, which is designed to transport astronauts to the moon, to SpaceX.

NASA awarded SpaceX the sole contract for the agency's Human Landing System program in April following a competitive process. The SpaceX contract is worth $2.9 billion and will see the company use its Starship rocket to deliver astronauts to the moon's surface for NASA's upcoming Artemis missions.

SpaceX was up against Blue Origin and Dynetics for what was supposed to be two contracts, but NASA only awarded one due to Congress's lower-than-expected funding for the program.

Blue Origin immediately filed a protest with the US government. The company filed an appeal with the Government Accountability Office, but the GAO denied it in late July, prompting Bezos' space company to escalate its legal action.

After stepping down as CEO of Amazon, Bezos has increased his involvement with Blue Origin. Despite the fact that Blue Origin has completed two successful crewed flights of its suborbital New Shepard rocket, the company has experienced high employee turnover and claims of safety issues, as well as a "toxic" work culture, from former employees.

Musk surpassed Bezos in Forbes' billionaire rankings in September, becoming the world's richest person - for the second time - with a net worth of $201.7 billion. And he made the most of his rare opportunity to be in the spotlight by making fun of his biggest rival.

The two space billionaires have had several run-ins. The controversy surrounding NASA's multibillion-dollar contract to develop a lunar lander is front and center.

Amazon has also filed several lawsuits against SpaceX, claiming that the Musk-led company is violating Federal Communications Commission rules with its Starlink internet satellite launch.
