Others call her a human CG for her perfect visuals and some do not see her as a real human. As many are yet to see her in person, they wonder if she really exists in real life.

A recent poll, called "Who are the best K-pop vocal kings and queens in Korea?" asked the netizens and fans to vote for their favorite K-pop idols with the best vocals and Karina came on top.
The media outlet gathered 326,170 votes from Dec. 2 to 8 and Karina got the whopping 109,300 votes. Though she is not the lead vocalist of aespa, her vocals and dancing and rapping skills prove she is more than a stunning visual.
The group's main vocalist and maknae Ninging, alternatively, came out in the fourth spot with 18,350 votes, Korea Portal noted.
Despite that, some fans believed Karina is still the most "unfairly treated member of aespa." Her photos were suddenly deleted on Instagram and it caused an outrage among her fans, per KBIZoom.
They were all mad at what happened, knowing it was not the first time it occurred. Hence, they noticed that SM Entertainment was mistreating their talent, so some of her fandoms warned not to support aespa's comeback if this mistreatment would continue.
Even before her official debut, Karina got involved in the controversy of defaming SM seniors. However, the company itself denied the claim and revealed it would take legal action against those who would spread false information about Karina. Some said she was SM's favorite by how the music label had treated her since she was only a trainee, though some opposed.
