BTS ended their "Permission to Dance" concert in Las Vegas with a huge surprise. After rumors about their upcoming return, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook finally confirmed the coming of their new album in June.

BTS surprised the ARMYs with a very special announcement about their new album. The boys unleashed a short clip that featured their montage in black and white, with RM saying, "We are bulletproof."

The screen turned black and the date appeared-June 10, 2022. Fans could not help but let out loud cheers after the announcement.

After the teaser's release at the concert, it was also posted on Twitter, while Big Hit Music confirmed the group's return on the fan community platform, WeVerse, per The News. It first introduced itself and revealed the global hitmakers would be back with another new album in June.

It then said details about the new album would be provided in a "separate notice at a later date."

Korea Herald added rumors about BTS's comeback started due to the last scene of their concert in Last Vegas. It featured a written date of 2022.06.12 on a black background, which many assumed to be the band's return.

The arrival of the "Butter" singers' staff and crew in Las Vegas also added more fuel to the fire. ARMYs believed they were shooting a new music video for a new song in Las Vegas.

Koreaboo noted Kim Yeongjun, the group's photographer for "Butter" and "BE" concept photos, arrived in the Sin City before the second weekend of the "Permission to Dance" show. Art director Lumpens, a.k.a. Yong Seok Choi, who worked on all the BTS Universe music videos, and his crew were also in the country.

In addition, Ann Marie Hoang, the boys' key stylist behind their looks on "ON" music video, was also in Las Vegas, though she lives in Los Angeles. RM even hinted at the big plans they were about to do at the time, saying they had plans and schedules throughout the week.

With all these clues gathered, fans seem to know all along that BTS will soon make a comeback with a new song, music video and concept photos. As expected, ARMYs cannot control themselves and celebrate the news.

One fan said the kings are back, while another believed a "new era is on the way." The hashtags #WeHaveaDate, #NewEraisComing and #TheKingsareBack are now trending online as BTS prepares for their much-awaited return after nearly a year following "Permission to Dance" released in July.
