Yoshihiro Togashi drops a major "Hunter x Hunter" update that excites many. As the manga creator has been hard at work to end the series' hiatus, will the new chapters finally be out?

Fans have been patiently waiting for "Hunter x Hunter" return. So, if Togashi's latest update has anything to go by, it looks like the wait will be soon over.

The mangaka recently created his own Twitter page to update fans on his works for the Japanese manga series. From there, he has been giving fans a glimpse of his works and the drafts for the upcoming new chapters.

Thankfully, his latest update shows how the series has been progressing over time. As translated by Comicbook, he shares a new draft and reveals he just finished the inking process over the pencil drawing for 10 chapters.

However, he reveals it may still need some fixes, but he promises to continue drawing his manuscripts for the next 10 chapters. He also says he will announce how inking the whole chapter is going.

"I have tons of drafts," he continues to tease. By the looks of it, fans are about to see more of Gon Freecs and the rest of the gang when "Hunter x Hunter" officially releases.

However, Togashi is yet to reveal when the series will make its full comeback. But with the done drafting phases for the first ten chapters and the work he will do for the next chapters, it may officially be out before the year ends.

SportsKeeda added fans could expect to see at least 10 chapters from the series every week. Based on his revelations that he will continue to draw 10 chapters more and still has a ton of drafts, there may be 20 chapters to be released at some point.

Togashi may be covering an entire story arc when "Hunter x Hunter" returns that's why fans have been waiting for the official updates about the series' progress.

But Togashi has to take it slow, knowing he has been open to fans about his current health issues. Before he drops the manga update, he reveals he has been unable to sit in a chair to draw for about two years.

Thankfully, he has come up with a way to resume writing without doing it the traditional way. He then asks everyone to take care of their hips, which seems to be his problem. Though the fandom is grateful for his progress, they tell Togashi to still care for himself.
