Fans will soon see Deku and the rest of the Pro Heroes facing Shigaraki and his group of villains in "My Hero Academia" Season 6. As the new season is about to come, the anime's official Twitter page gives a glimpse of its script.
The behind-the-scenes look comes from Studio Bones. Someone is seen holding "My Hero Academia" Season 6 premiere script and thumbs through the document to show it to fans.
The caption says that fans are about to see what the new season has in store in about a month. It then reveals that the document shown is the script for the premiere episode, Episode 114.
It will feature the sixth season's main story from the start, and the cast is now progressing on dubbing the first episode. "Look forward to it," the tweet ends.
The script for "My Hero Academia" Season 6 premiere episode looks simple, but its cover features a main key art. It shows Deku and Shigaraki in a side-by-side photo.
So, does this mean the first episode will be about them? As the fifth season finale hints at what will happen next, Comicbook noted the upcoming season would feature the series' one of the "most intense arcs yet," the Paranormal Liberation War arc.
Meanwhile, the sixth season will feature Super Beaver's "Hitamuki" as its opening theme song, while Kiko Akiyama's "Sketch" will be the closing track, per Anime Geek. As Crunchyroll earlier announced, the first episode was screened at the recent Hero FES 2022 on July 24.
The event featured 15 voice actors who held a live dubbing session and read a new story exclusive to the event. In a tweet, the series' producer Yoshihiro Oyabu thanked everyone for watching the final episode of "My Hero Academia" Season 5.
As he said, it was a goodbye for a while, and something "tremendous" was about to begin. He then promised to return with a "new and improved version of the show," so he asked fans to look forward to it. He also thanked the series' staff for all their hard work.
"My Hero Academia" Season 6's initial production announcement was made on the series' official website in September 2021. The fifth season's final episode, Episode 113, showed the U.A. preparing for the much-anticipated big battle.
After that, the words "To be continued in the 6th season" appeared, announcing the show's return. "My Hero Academia" Season 6 will be out on Saturday, October 1, joining the fall 2022 anime season.
