BTS member V has stormed the Japanese Oricon chart with the pre-released tracks "Rainy Days" and 'Love Me Again' from his debut solo album 'Layover'.

According to the latest chart released by Oricon on August 12 (dated August 11), "Rainy Days" and "Love Me Again" made an impressive debut, securing the 1st and 2nd spots on the "Daily Digital Single Ranking" immediately upon their release.

Additionally, on the world's largest music streaming platform Spotify's latest chart (dated August 11) "Daily Top Songs Global", "Love Me Again" and "Rainy Days" accumulated respective stream counts of 3,773,666 and 3,576,108, ranking them at the 10th and 12th positions.

V has indeed dominated the top echelons of global music charts with "Love Me Again" and "Rainy Days". As of 8 am on August 13 (KST), "Rainy Days" captured the top spot on the iTunes 'Top Songs' chart in a whopping 70 countries/regions, while 'Love Me Again' ascended to the summit in 35 countries/regions.

Musically, "Rainy Days" is an Alternative Pop R&B track characterized by its vintage and unique percussion sounds, modern drum beats, and V's enchanting bass vocals. The R&B track "Love Me Again" stands out with V's smooth yet distinct rhythmic vocals.
