The group NewJeans's track "Super Shy" is making waves on the U.S. Billboard main chart, making a significant comeback.

According to the latest U.S. Billboard chart released on August 15 (local time) for August 19, NewJeans (members Minji, Hanni, Daniellr, Haerin, and Hyein) from their 2nd mini-album "Get Up" saw their triple title track "Super Shy" jump 11 spots, securing the 66th position on the "Hot 100". The song initially entered the chart at 66 on July 22, peaked at 48 on August 5, took a slight dip last week to 77, but has impressively made a comeback this week, marking its fifth consecutive week on the chart.

Furthermore, "Get Up" has captured the 12th position on the main album chart, the "Billboard 200". Upon its debut on the 'Billboard 200', it went straight to number 1 on August 5 and remained in the upper ranks for three consecutive weeks.

The global momentum for NewJeans is evident. 'Super Shy' ranked 5th on the "Global (Excluding U.S.)" chart and 7th on the "Global 200", consistently appearing in the "Top 5" and "Top 10" respectively for five consecutive weeks.

Another title track, "ETA", is also gaining traction. "ETA" climbed 2 spots to 8th on the "Global (Excluding U.S.)" chart, and made a 10-spot leap to 18th on the "Global 200", indicating its tandem popularity with 'Super Shy'.

Other tracks like "Cool With You", "New Jeans", and "ASAP" from their 2nd mini-album are also being recognized and beloved on global charts.

In other news, NewJeans is set to perform at 'Summer Sonic 2023', a representative summer festival in Tokyo, on August 19.
