Devastated Britney Spears is crying poor and moaning she’s on the brink of financial ruin after settling her conservatorship lawsuit with dad Jamie by agreeing to pay his $2 million legal fees and getting nothing in return, a new report claimed.

After quashing the 13-year conservatorship run by her father, Britney clobbered Jamie, 71, with a lawsuit in March 2021 charging he’d drained off $6 million from her bank account while keeping her like a prisoner and spying on her with a security team.

Now, the 42-year-old “Toxic” singer’s had to settle the suit by footing his legal bills and hers at $4 million while getting zero back.

“Britney’s been burning a hole in her savings for years now, fighting Jamie and expecting a big cash return from him once the case was over. The outcome is her worst nightmare from a money point of view. It makes her sick to her stomach that her father is walking away without paying her a nickel,” an unnamed source told Globe Magazine.

“From the beginning her number one motivation was to get the money back that she says he stole, but the longer the case went on the clearer it became that the only winners would be Jamie and the lawyers,” the inside went on.

Jamie allegedly collected $6 million as Britney's conservator, a position he held until 2019.

“It’s left Britney at her wits’ end and down to her last few million. Making matters worse, she’s been dipping into her pension and borrowing against herself. She’s terrible with money and has moochers bleeding her dry and it’s a recipe for disaster,” the informant told the entertainment news outlet.

Britney also claimed to have nerve damage in her back that was so bad she had to crawl to my own door once and now requires acupuncture every day of her life. The "Gimme More" singer claimed that her settled case has resulted in no justice and would most likely never be resolved.

Business Times has reached out to Britney Spears for comments.

Meanwhile, Britney reportedly describes her new boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, as "easygoing," which drew the pop diva to the former maid.

According to a source, one of the reasons she likes Paul is that he doesn't make her crazy, is easygoing, and does everything she wants.

Britney's friends and family are unimpressed with Paul due to his problematic past, as he has been charged with one felony and several misdemeanors in recent years.

“No one around Britney thinks this guy is good for her. They say he’s just telling her what she wants to hear,” a snitch told Star Magazine.

Britney's new lover came about as a result of her most recent incident at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Police arrived at the scene after concerned bystanders allegedly called to report a fight between Britney and Paul.

The “Everytime” hitmaker cleared the air in a series of social media posts detailing the confrontation.

“Just to let people know the news is fake! I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday!” Britney previously penned.

In another post, the "Lucky" singer stressed that she did not experience a mental breakdown and only sprained her ankle.
