Renowned as the "Sexiest Man Alive" in the past, it has been reported that George Clooney is becoming increasingly anxious as the effects of aging gradually diminish his attractive appearance, so jeopardizing his position as a highly desirable male actor in Hollywood.

“George is OK with not being the Sexiest Man Alive anymore, but it’s still important for him to be the sexiest man in whatever movie he’s in,” an unnamed source told Globe Magazine.

Nevertheless, according to insiders, the 63-year-old George is feeling anxious because his next acting role involves working alongside his "Ocean's Eleven" colleague Brad Pitt, who is 60 years old, in the upcoming crime film "Wolfs" on Apple TV+. George is said to be concerned about maintaining his attractiveness and physical appeal compared to his attractive co-star.

“Brad is only a few years younger than him, but he’s managed to turn back the clock by at least a decade and it’s a lot for George to have to compete with. The classic Clooney charm is still intact, but George is definitely showing his age in other ways. He’s not a very tall guy to begin with and frankly he’s shrinking a little bit as he gets older,” the informant claimed.

The former “ER” actor has been diligently filling his job schedule for the past three years, and the tipster asserted that George’s strong work ethic is primarily driven by a desire to demonstrate his continued competence.

“He’s fully motivated by wanting to show people that while he may look and sound like an older man, he still has the energy and ambition of somebody half his age. But underneath that is real anxiety about how he looks on camera and what age range he can convincingly play,” the mole shared.

“George is obsessed and made sure that the jokes that reference his age in Wolfs are self-deprecating. I don’t think George is going to put himself under the knife just yet, but he certainly doesn’t want to spotlight how radically different he looks compared to six or seven years ago,” the tattler furthered.

Meanwhile, George has urged Joe Biden, who is running for re-election as US president, to "resign" in order to protect democracy from Donald Trump. In a New York Times op-ed, the prominent Hollywood actor advocated for the Democratic Party to replace President Biden with a candidate who is younger, cautioning that the current president is not capable of achieving any victories.

George’s piece was a direct reaction to the presidential debate on June 28, during which Biden experienced numerous instances of verbal stumbling and struggled to match Trump's level of intensity. The aftermath of that argument has had a disastrous impact on the Democrats, intensifying worries that Biden, who is 81 years old, has the mental and physical capacity required for a second term as president.

Following the murder attempt on Trump during a rally in Pennsylvania on July 13, it is anticipated that there would be a substantial increase in public support for the former president's campaign. This will further complicate Biden's chances of being re-elected.

Lately, several experts and contributors who support the Democratic party have expressed concerns about the high probability of a decisive win for Trump in the upcoming November election. However, it is George who has exerted the most significant influence on the conversations around Biden's campaign.

Being a prominent celebrity and a committed member of the Democratic party, George possesses substantial sway over progressive politics in the United States and internationally. When discussing politics, the mainstream media has a tendency to pay attention to what he says, both for positive and negative reasons.

This recent involvement further exemplifies George’s extensive history of advocacy and enhances his standing as the preeminent progressive figure in contemporary Hollywood.
