It was not the 44-year-old's first appearance without it in recent months. The singer was seen without a sparkler at LAX in early October. At her 5-year-old daughter Birdie's kindergarten graduation in June, the last time she and Eric, 45, were photographed together publicly.

An insider told Star Magazine that divorce is inevitable and that Jessica is preparing to raise Birdie, Max, 12, and Ace, 11, alone. Freedom is her goal, the insider said, adding that while Jessica is grateful to Eric for standing by her when she was at her worst, she doesn't want to stay in a bad situation. “
