Prince Harry has opened up about his strained relationships with his father, King Charles III, and brother, Prince William, revealing that he still hopes for reconciliation.
In a new GQ interview about grief and family, the Duke of Sussex acknowledged the pain of broken family relationships.
"Some people don't want it to work out - I want it to work out," Harry said.
"Of course I do. With everything else that's going on in the world, the most important thing is to reconcile - that's the key point."
Harry also spoke about moving beyond past disagreements, saying that while "scars stick around forever," learning to let go of the past can help heal family wounds.
His comments emerged as Charles, Queen Camilla, William and Princess Catherine welcomed the Sultan of Oman to Windsor for a state visit.
Harry and Meghan, who are no longer working royals, did not participate in the official engagements.
