Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp were rumored to be dating in 2017. After a year, the gossips surrounding the two continued as they were allegedly on a "revenge romance" against Brad Pitt.
A gossip magazine claimed Jolie and Depp went out together as revenge to Brad Pitt. Allegedly, the 43-year-old actress was in a "revenge romance" with the 55-year-old actor for a payback.
To recall, Jolie and Depp worked together for the 2010 movie "The Tourist." They reportedly grew closer on the film's production and went out together in 2017 after her split with Pitt and his divorce from Amber Heard.
According to Yahoo7 Be, Jolie decided to communicate with Depp to give him support. "Johnny has his demons and Angelina can understand that," an alleged insider said. She reportedly assured the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star she got his back.
Depp, on the other hand, was grateful for Jolie's support, and to have her on his side during his down times. The "Maleficent" star was said to be the only person he could lean on today.
But Gossip Cop claimed there is no truth to this claim. A source told the publication the rumor is "completely false." Jolie and Depp haven't seen each other for a long time now. The last time they were together was on the red carpet premiere of "The Tourist" in 2010.
In spite of the persistent rumors surrounding Jolie and Pitt, a source told People the "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" star is putting her attention healing her family amid their divorce battle. To prove this claim, she is even spending a lot of time with her six children; Maddox (17), Pax (14), Zahara (13), Shiloh (12), and Vivienne and Knox (10).
Jolie even spent some quality time with Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and her twin brother Knox on a hike in the Hollywood Hills on Labor Day. They enjoyed the last few days of summer, although they were incomplete as Maddox and Pax were not in the picture.
Jolie and Pitt reportedly reached a "temporary agreement" as ordered by a judge amid their custody battle. When the former "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" couple couldn't come up with a private agreement, a judge made a detailed schedule for the six children's father to see his kids in June. However, it wouldn't be the case for Maddox as he is now 17-years-old and could decide for himself how often he wanted to see his father.
