Is Jennifer Aniston really rounding up her "Friends" co-star in hopes of intervening and saving Matthew Perry? Although readers may find it a bit interesting, the narrative is just false.

According to a fake online tabloid called Globe, after the actor manages to gain some weight and looked quite "sloppy," Perry's supposed friends are all "worried he'll be dead in half a year if he doesn't get his health problems under control fast." The site's alleged "insider" even details his fear of croaking in more or less six months if he does not decide to be serious about battling his addiction problems and health.

The supposed tipster also declares to the magazine that Aniston is "so concerned" that she decided to go on a recruiting spree. She is said to have recruited the entire old sitcom gang of Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, and Lisa Kudrow. Her decision to do so is believed to be a way for all of them to intervene and encourage Matt to go to rehab.

"Matt's got to realize Jen wouldn't stick her neck out for just anybody. She must be worried sick," adds the untraceable "tipster." What is more is that it fronts the idea of Aniston begging Perry to consult with her now sober ex-husband Brad Pitt. She wants to do this in order for her former "Friends" co-star "can kick his self-destructive habits and save his life before it's too late."

Gossip Cop, however, reports that the tabloid's claims are false. This is most especially that Aniston's rep revealed to the publication that the story is untrue.

It holds true, though, that Perry has had booze and pills issues in the past. In fact, in 2013, Perry opened up about his addiction issues to People. Even more so, his health has recently become an issue. Official reports suggest that he had a gastrointestinal perforation, something that occurred this past summer. Unfortunately, it would require a surgery. But as far as Aniston being concerned about Perry's condition, she is not. She is not organizing an intervention either.

While the tabloid claims to have information directly taken from multiple sources close to the Hollywood actress, they are completely unreliable. Take for example a report the site did just a month ago. It alleged that Aniston and Pitt were lovers again. In reality, they were not and there was evidence proving the narrative to be untrue.
