The cover of OK! reads, "Brad Moves Back In After Angie's Tearful Apology." The article goes on to say that the exes are looking to give their relationship another shot after months of undergoing couples therapy. According to the outlet's supposed insider, Pitt surprised the children when he arrived early in the morning and "making pancakes in the kitchen."
The narrative seems to conceive the idea that Pitt and Jolie have reconciled, as the former is thought to be living with the family again. The so-called tipster adds that the family is "settling" in and unpacking the "World War Z" actor's boxes. He is also said to be moving furniture around, making himself comfortable around the house.
But as soon as the cover story hit the shelves, Gossip Cop checked in with a close source to confirm the situation. As far as the publication's source is concerned, the story is a complete fabrication.
The fact that Jolie is still fighting a custody battle over her six kids with Pitt is proof that the two have never reconciled. They have never entertained the idea of living again either.
The "Wanted" star is also reported to be pooling her resources and focus on "healing her family." And while she continues to support the decision of reconciling Brad and the kids, she considers the actor her estranged husband. Brad, on the other hand, is on the same side. There are no official reports of him wanting to reconcile with her former wife.
As expected, the false tabloid did not drop its phony narrative, despite being debunked. It is worth noting that the site also published an unreliable story in February, claiming the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were "calling off their divorce" and renewing their vows.
Obviously, it did not happen. This is most especially after it became clear that the estranged lovers were nowhere near reconciliation. But instead of giving up on the premise, the outlet continued to peddle a new one, which was also false.
Gossip Cop also busted the magazine's ridiculous cover story in May. It was about Jennifer Aniston being pregnant with Pitt's baby. Given how ridicule the story was, the tabloid never mentioned a source. This narrative also went against its story of Pitt reconciling with Jolie.
