"Call of Duty: Blackout" beta players experiencing certain in-game problems on different platforms will be glad to know that Treyarch is working on them.

Here are some of the hot topics that the game developer noticed and are working on:

Game issues Treyarch is working on

Players playing on the PC version and Xbox One version might have experienced problems even outside actual gunfights, PC Gamer noted. Those on the PC might have experienced game crashes or launch problems, while those on the Xbox One might have had problems inviting friends to a party. Treyarch said yesterday that they are working to address those problems.

Treyarch also said they noticed some game problems regardless of platform. These include problems with Aim Assist, where players' reticles seem to slightly track their enemies through hard surfaces; and accidental deaths immediately after players are deployed from the helicopter. The game developer said they're "on the case."

In their latest Reddit post, Treyarch said they continue to work on the crash and performance issues players on the PC face, and are still investigating new reports regarding the case. Nevertheless, the game developer has released updates to give the PC version more stability, and fixes for controller and inventory-related issues.

The game devs also said they received reports of Xbox One users losing controller input after pressing the Xbox Button. There are no fixes for this yet, but Treyarch promises to work on this to have it fixed before the game mode's official launch.

Player suggestions

Treyarch also shared some of their favorite suggestions and tips coming from the beta players themselves:

Missile alerts: players suggest that audible alerts should warn players if a locked-on missile has been fired at their vehicle and is closing in, so that they know when to jump out to safety.

Long-range attachment: players suggest an attachment that can increase a gun's effective range. This might possibly be called an "Extended Barrel Attachment."

Undead that's harder to kill: some suggest that zombies should become stronger with each stage of the Collapse. Should Treyarch give this a go, the undead will become harder to kill.

Underwater tweaks: players underwater will gasp for air for a few moments before their health gets slowly depleted from lack of oxygen. Listening to gasps will be key to survival in bodies of water.

Armor Health Bar: Treyarch said that in the game's launch version, players will see an Armor Health Bar indicating their armor's condition.

Treyarch is promising more tweaks and improved features when the game mode officially launches. For now, players can enjoy the rest of the beta, and try to slay the "Blightfather" for cool gear.
