Rumors have been going around that "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak-Biermann went under the knife recently. Now, the 40-year-old finally addressed those persistent rumors.
In her recent Instagram post, Kim Zolciak-Biermann attributed the changes in her face to gaining weight, revealing she is now 10 pounds heavier than before. This is in reply to a comment who asks why her face suddenly looks extremely different.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann went viral in recent weeks after she shared a photo of herself celebrating her husband's 33rd birthday. Most of her Instagram followers were left stunned to see the television personality's resemblance to the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and socialite, Kim Kardashian-West.
While Kim Zolciak-Biermann does not confirm or deny the plastic surgery rumors, celebrity plastic surgeon John Paul Tutela M.D. and board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Daniel Barrett, candidly talked about the possible work the reality star may have had done to achieve her younger appearance.
"When it comes to what plastic surgery procedure may account for her change in looks it is filler that likely answers this," Dr. Paul Tutela said in an interview with Hollywood Life. "Filler adds volume. This volume builds up areas of hollowness and dampens the shadows that appear naturally on someone's face," he explained.
Dr. Paul Tutela went on to say that Kim Zolciak-Biermann likely got injections under her eye to further build up her midface in addition to cheek fillers. She would most likely have the fillers redone about every nine months, although it depends on what type of filler was used.
Dr. Daniel Barrett, however, believes that the "Love Me First" singer has undergone some procedures, which gives her a more youthful appearance. He also noticed that her lips are fluctuating as well.
"Kim has likely undergone non-surgical procedures using fillers or possibly a more invasive procedure with fat transfer," Dr. Daniel Barrett said before adding, "In this procedure, fat is taken from another area of the body and injected into the face!"
If it turns out to be true, this is not the first time Kim Zolciak-Biermann went under the knife. The mother-of-six got breast implants and had her hernia fixed shortly after the birth of her twins - Kane and Kaia Biermann - in 2013, according to E! News.
