Love is in the air for the newly engaged couple, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin. The couple was recently spotted sharing a kiss on the streets of London amid heightened rumors they secretly tied the knots.

On Sept. 18, Tuesday, the 21-year-old model and television personality was surprised and flattered that her fiancé made an effort to serenade her with an acoustic version of "Cold Water," his hit collaboration with singer-songwriter MØ and musical trio Major Lazer, outside Buckingham Palace in London.

 
Justin Bieber cut a casual figure in a multi-colored tie-dye sweater, which he paired with black shorts. Hailey Baldwin, on the other hand, wore a matching grey sweat suit. Afterward, they were spotted sharing a passionate kiss, unable to keep their hands off one another as they strolled the city streets.

"They were very affectionate, stopping on street corners to pull each other in close to kiss," an eyewitness who spotted Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin told E! News. "They never let each other get too far and were always touching each other and laughing... Every few minutes they kissed again before they went back to talking and smiling," the eyewitness added.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin also enjoyed their time riding the iconic London Eye. The two, then, walked along the river and checked out London's landmark Great Clock, better known as the Big Ben.

This comes amid reports claiming Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin got married secretly, just two months after announcing their engagement. It all started when the two were spotted at the Marriage Bureau at a courthouse in New York.

While they were legally married at the courthouse, the two are allegedly planning to have a religious wedding ceremony soon, which will be attended by their families and closest friends. A source said (via PEOPLE): "They're going to have a big blowout, in front of God and everyone they love."

Not long after it made noise online, several sources have quickly debunked the said secret marriage rumors. According to TMZ, the couple has not tied the knot just yet, although they have successfully obtained a marriage license.

Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber got engaged in early July after being in an on-again, off-again relationship since 2015. The "What Do You Mean?" hitmaker reportedly popped the question with a huge oval-shaped diamond engagement ring, which is reportedly worth around $500,000.
