Another day, another romance rumors. Fashion model Anwar Hadid has recently been spotted with a love bite on the neck amid increasing rumors he is dating model and television personality, Kendall Jenner.

On Sept. 20, Thursday, the 19-year-old fashion model arrived at Tod's headquarters in Milan, Italy for this year's much-awaited Milan Fashion Week and what took everyone by surprise was a visible red mark on his neck, which was presumably a love bite.

This occurred after Anwar Hadid and Kendall Jenner have been spotted on a dinner date in a high-end restaurant in Milan, Italy. They were joined by the former's sisters and fellow models, Bella and Gigi Hadid.

 
While it does not seem like Anwar Hadid and Kendall Jenner are officially a couple, the former is allegedly keen to spend some quality time with her in the city. He also has plans to take their blossoming relationship to the next level.

"Anwar is extra excited about being in Milan for Fashion Week because he's going to be seeing Kendall while he's there, he's really looking forward to it," a close friend of Anwar Hadid revealed to Hollywood Life prior to him arriving in Milan, before adding, "They'll both be busy with work, but he's very hopeful that they'll get some one on one time together."

The source went on to say that things between Anwar Hadid and Kendall Jenner are still super casual as of this moment. Still, he remains hopeful that he will be able to romance her in Milan, Italy and turn their friendship into a full-fledged romance.

Anwar Hadid and Kendall Jenner first sparked dating rumors in early June after they were spotted making out at the CFDA Fashion Awards after-party in New York City. That same night, the latter also shared a close-up shot of the former's hands, which are easily distinguishable due to his tattoos, on her Instagram stories.

Soon afterward, Anwar Hadid and Kendall Jenner once again spent some time together. The two were spotted at the Malibu Chili Cook-Off in early September along with his sister Bella Hadid and a few other friends.

While Anwar Hadid and Kendall Jenner's blossoming romance might be awkward to some, his sisters and fellow models, Gigi and Bella Hadid, do not reportedly mind at all that their brother is getting flirty with their friend, according to an insider, as cited by PEOPLE.
