K-drama fans are in for a treat. Just a few months from its much-anticipated premiere, tvN recently released a trailer for the upcoming television series, "Memories of the Alhambra," starring Park Shin Hye and Hyun Bin.

Earlier this week, tvN has released the full trailer for the upcoming fantasy melodrama, "Memories of the Alhambra," heighten fans' anticipation. The 15-second video shows a glimpse of Park Shin Hye and Hyun Bin's respective character and their first meeting in Granada, an ancient city in southern Spain.

In "Memories of the Alhambra," Hyun Bin plays Yoo Jin Woo, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of an investment company, who travels to Spain for a business trip. His life suddenly turns upside down after he stays at a hostel owned by a former classic guitarist, Jung Hee Joo (Park Shin Hye).

"Memories of the Alhambra" marks Hyun Bin's return to the small screen after three years hiatus. Thus, fans are thrilled as they are excited for the comeback of their idol, which will surely show off his great acting skills.

"Hyun Bin has been cast as the main protagonist Yu Jin-u in our new drama which will air in the second half of this year," a representative from tvN said in a statement obtained by Korea JoongAng Daily. "[We chose Hyun Bin as the lead actor because he is] both masculine and warm-hearted, which are characteristics that will best portray Yu in this action-romance drama," the representative added.

Also starring in "Memories of the Alhambra" are Han Bo Reum as Ko Yoo Ra, Park Hoon as Cha Hyung Seok, Kim Eui Sung as Cha Byung Jun, Min Jin Woong as Seo Jung Hoon, Lee Seung Joon as Park Son Ho, Lee Si Won as Lee Soo Jin, Jo Hyun Chul as Choi Yang Joo, Lee Hak Joo as Kim Sang Bum, Lee Re as Jung Min Joo, and Lee Jae Wook as Marco Han.

EXO member, Chanyeol, will also star as Jung Hee Joo's younger brother, Jung See Joo, who is a genius programmer. The character isolates himself and only communicates with his sister from time to time after suffering from a childhood trauma.

"Memories of the Alhambra" is directed by Ahn Gil Ho ("Rooftop Prince") based on a script penned by Song Jae Jung, who previously created "W - Two Worlds," "Nine: 9 Times Time Travel," and "Queen In-Hyeon's Man."

"Memories of the Alhambra" is set to premiere on Dec. 1 on cable network tvN.
