The 73rd season of the National Basketball Association (NBA) will soon start, and that means, basketball player Tristan Thompson will be out on the road with his team, Cleveland Cavaliers. Thus, his girlfriend and mother of his child, Khloe Kardashian, is reportedly worried he will cheat on her again.
For those who are unfamiliar, Tristan Thompson was the talk of the town for the past few months after it was reported he cheated on Khloe Kardashian while he was out on the road with his team last NBA season. At the time, the latter was pregnant with their daughter.

In a series of photos and videos obtained by the Daily Mail, the 27-year-old basketball player can be seen acting inappropriately with multiple women, including Instagram model Lani Blair. Soon afterward, he was spotted with another woman - identified as Tania - dining out together and partied by her side at clubs.
Tristan Thompson and Tania also stayed at the same hotel in Manhattan together. This is allegedly the reason why Khloe Kardashian is freaking out over the upcoming NBA season.
"[Khloe Kardashian] She fears the worst for her relationship with Tristan while hoping for the best," an unnamed source revealed to Hollywood Life, before adding, "She is doing everything she can to prepare herself for Tristan being away for long stretches of time but nothing is going to make it easy."
In spite of that, Khloe Kardashian is reportedly trying to stay positive about the future of her relationship with Tristan Thompson. She also remains hopeful that the latter will focus more on winning the game this NBA season and not the other things around.
"Khloe was devastated once before and does not want to be made a fool off by forgiving her man and taking him back," the source added. "Khloe has no idea if they will last and their relationship simply cannot survive another cheating scandal. Khloe feels like the stakes are high and everything is riding on Tristan behaving himself while on the road this season."
This comes shortly after E! News reported that the 34-year-old television personality and socialite is planning to move back to Cleveland with Tristan Thompson and daughter, True Thompson. She will still visit Los Angeles from time to time due to work commitments and to spend time with the Kardashian-Jenner blended family.
