"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" fans should brace themselves for more shocking revelations. In the upcoming episode 83, Ōnoki of Both Scales (voiced by Tomomichi Nishimura) will finally show his true colors.
Before that, here is a quick recap of what happened in the latest episode of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations." In the 82nd episode, Boruto Uzumaki (voiced by Yuko Sanpei), Sarada Uchiha (voiced by Kokoro Kikuchi), Shikadai Nara (voiced by Kensho Ono) and Chōchō Akimichi (voiced by Ryoko Shiraishi) secretly infiltrated the Hidden Stone Village to meet the former Tsuchikage, Onoki of Both Scales.
Inojin Yamanaka (voiced by Atsushi Abe), however, was left behind along with his newly discovered Akuta named Akkun. If anything happens to the others, Inojin Yamanaka was advised to immediately return to Konohagakure.
The scene, then, shifted to Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada Uchiha, Shikadai Nara and Chōchō Akimichi inside the Hidden Stone Village. Suddenly, they were approached by Akatsuchi (voiced by Kenta Miyake) who brought them to Ōnoki of Both Scales. The latter was delighted to see them again and even offered them some hospitality.
Now, the spoilers and predictions for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 83 suggest that the atmosphere will soon change once Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada Uchiha, Shikadai Nara, and Chōchō Akimichi reveal their goal of finding Mitsuki (voiced by Ryūichi Kijima).
For unknown reasons, Ōnoki of Both Scales will reportedly refuse to help Boruto Uzumaki and others in finding Mitsuki. As they try to make him reconsider, they will suddenly be surrounded by a group of Akuta.
"We will witness Boruto finally getting in touch with the former Tsuchikage of Iwagakure, Onoki in order to get to know where Mitsuki is. But for some reason, Onoki will refuse to help Boruto and the others," the synopsis for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 83 reads (via Omnitos). "At the same time, Lord Ku will send a huge army after our heroes. Boruto and the others will manage to escape barely. But as Lord Ku is aware of their every step, we should expect a full-fledged attack soon."
Not much has been said about Ōnoki of Both Scales other than he is the Third Tsuchikage of Iwagakure. Despite his age, he is still an extremely powerful, quick-witted and skilled shinobi. He is also able to use Earth, Fire, Wind, Lightning, and Yang Release nature transformations.
"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 83, titled "Ohnoki's Justice," is set to air on Nov. 25.
