Before that, here is a quick recap (via Anime News Network) of what happened in the latest episode of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations." In the 85th episode, titled "The Heart Stone," Boruto Uzumaki (voiced by Yuko Sanpei) desperately searched for his heart of stone in order to completely get out of the barrier.

While doing so, Boruto Uzumaki suddenly came across Sekki (voiced by Keisuke Machiya), an Iwagakure genin who failed out early in the recent Chūnin Exams. He also came to the Sanzu Plains in order to find his heart of stone.

The following day, Boruto Uzumaki and Sekki were attacked by a massive wolf. The latter, who initially retreated, stayed his ground to help the former fend off the said massive wolf after remembering Onoki of Both Scales' words about not making excuses.

As a result, Sekki manifested his own heart of stone. This allowed him to led Boruto Uzumaki and Onoki of Both Scales out of the training grounds.

Now, the spoilers and predictions for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 86 revealed that Onoki of Both Scales will open up to Boruto Uzumaki the real reason why he is desperately creating artificial human beings.
