Khloe Kardashian has changed her look once again. The star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK) posted a new image, which seems to be inspired by Hollywood sexpot Marilyn Monroe.
In a post on Instagram, Kardashian revealed that she had her hair dyed to a platinum blonde. She also had her waist-length hair trimmed to a length that's slightly below the neck.
The reality TV star also punctuated her look with luscious red lipstick so her followers could not help but compare her new image to Monroe. Some of her fans also said that her new look reminds them of the Khaleesi, Daenerys Stormborn Targaryen, on "Game of Thrones."
Kardashian did not forget to thank stylist Tracey Cunningham and Jen Atkin for the makeover, which was done at the odd hour of 6 a.m. As a bonus, the fashion mogul also shared a photo of her latest appearance as she posed for the camera with niece, Penelope. The next day, Kardashian said she asked a friend to cut a few more inches of her hair as she has become addicted to a shorter style.
Amid this makeover, however, fans are wondering if Kardashian was prompted to change her look because of the status of her relationship with the father of her baby, Tristan Thompson. Rumors have been popping up online that the couple has broken up.
A source, however, told E! News that Kardashian and Thompson are still together. Her partner, however, is still on the road with his Cleveland Cavaliers NBA team, while Kardashian prefers to stay in Los Angeles. Kardashian and Thompson were last seen in public together in January.
The mom who gave birth 10 months ago prefers to keep her focus on her daughter, True, than to worry about her relationship problems, if there's any. "She doesn't need to think about what's up with Tristan or what he's doing out on the road like she used to," the source proceeded to tell E! News.
Meanwhile, Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner revealed on Ellen DeGeneres' show that she handed down the diamond bracelet she got from her father to her daughter after the birth of True. The proud grandma said she was holding on to this valuable jewelry knowing that her daughter will have her first child someday, according to People.
Jenner also said that Kardashian is having the time of her life raising True. She's hosting parties every weekend with the rest of the children in the family at Grandma's house.
