Sunny (played by Daniel Wu) will once again encounter the Black Lotus in Into the Badlands season 3 episode 11. Viewers will finally learn more about this group, which has been tracking Sunny since he was a little boy.

According to HypableInto the Badlands season 3 episode 11 will show more details about the Black Lotus and what they really want from Sunny. They were featured just once in an earlier episode of the third season when they learned from the River King (played by Lance E. Nichols) where Sunny has been holed up now that he's an adult.

But Into the Badlands season 3 episode 11 will also delve on the quest of Sunny and Nix (played by Ella-Rae Smith). They need to find out how they can possibly destroy the dark power that grows in Pilgrim (played by Babou Ceesay) after it was established that they cannot trust this man.

Meanwhile, the teaser also shows that The Widow (played by Emily Beecham) and Bajie (played by Nick Frost) will band together with The Master (played by Chipo Chung) in Into The Badlands season 3 episode 11. M.K. (played by Aramis Knight), on the other hand, will make Pilgrim see that there's a source of a power bigger than them.

There will be about five more episodes to air after Into the Badlands season 3 episode 11 is out on Monday, April 1. The end is definitely near but show creators Al Gough and Miles Millar promised that the series finale will be a satisfying ending for the fans.

However, the creators, as well as Wu, are also saying that some viewers might still have some questions after the final episode. Wu explained that they weren't prepared to actually end the show until it was announced in January.

"I don't think we knew while we were making it that we were going to get canceled for season 3," Wu said in an interview. "But this storyline comes to a full stop. And we were ready to go to a new one."

Talks to bring Into the Badlands to another network or platform for season 4 are still ongoing. However, the creators aren't sure that they could close a good deal because of the intricacies in regards to the ownership of the series.

If anything, Into the Badlands might be able to live on a graphic novel if a deal won't work out to continue with season 4. There might even be a possibility for a movie, Wu suggested.
