Korean singer Park Yoochun has reportedly tested positive for drugs by the National Forensic Service, according to a Korean media report.

MBC's 'News Desk' reported On April 23 that Yoochun's hair tested positive for drugs, and police have obtained enough evidence to forward his case to prosecution.

The Korean news agency said, "According to the National Institute of Scientific Investigation, Park Yoochun's hair was found positive for drugs. Prosecutors were reported to have received a drug test from the National Science and Technology Ministry."

The report said the police requested a test on hair from his head and leg hair due to Yoochun's hair was mostly removed. Philopon was detected in his leg hair. Police Agency received the drug test results on April 19.

Business Times reported last week that Yoochun tested negative under the liver test but police believe that he's destroying evidence due to removing a lot of his body hair before appearing for the additional hair drug tests.

Park Yoochun previously held a press conference stating that he has never used drugs, which claimed by his ex Hwang Hana. She reportedly tested positive for drugs as well, however, all articles about it were removed a few hours after it broke.

Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Southern Police Agency have filed for an arrest warrant for JYJ's Park Yoochun for violating the laws regarding drug usage and purchase.

Questioning will take place on April 26 to determine the validity of the pretrial detention warrant request for Park Yoochun, Soompi reported. If approved, he will be arrested and detained pending trial.
