Police will wrap up the investigations into Seungri and Yoo In-suk next week.
According to a report by MBN on June 21, police will forward to prosecution their investigations into Seungri and Yoo In-suk for alleged prostitution, mediation, embezzlement, and violations of the Food Sanitation Act on June 25, which is also the expiration date of Seungri's military postponement.
On the same day, Police will also forward to prosecution their investigations into Taiwanese Madame Lin Samo, the suspected accomplice suspected of laundering funds using fake employee deposit accounts that were opened by treasurer Anmo.
Madam Lin Samo is suspected to have embezzled over 570 million won (~$490,000). Police booked Lin on June 18th after investigating her twice and will forward her case to prosecution under a recommended "suspended indictment" for future international cooperation reasons.
Police believe Seungri and Yoo embezzled over 530 million won (about $457,000) from Burning Sun with additional embezzled amounts of 1 billion won ( about $860,000) with Madame Lin's help.
