We all know that Jin is the oldest member of BTS. He is playful, funny, and extremely confident. He called himself “Worldwide Handsome,” which became his official nickname.

However, there are a lot of things about the 26-year-old singer and songwriter that not all people know — and some of them are quite shocking. Here are 15 surprising facts about Jin.

1. He can manage not to close his eyes for over five minutes in a staring contest.

2. However, when he’s not doing the “No blinking” contest, he blinks quite a lot because he wears contacts and it sometimes dries his eyes up.

3. He admitted to being very clingy when he had too much to drink.

“I’m a cutie. Even when I’m sober, I tend to be clingy with my members,” Jin shared. “But it gets even more aggressive when I drink. My aegyo gets more powerful.”

Of course, the BTS star had to insert the fact that he’s cute even when he’s drunk.

4. If you have been wondering why Jin’s fingers look weird, they are hypermobile, also known as double-jointed.

6. Jin appears to have a thing for glasses. He likes them a lot that he would wear multiple pair at once.

11. He has a very distinctive sound when he laughs. People call it the “windshield” laugh because he sounds like a wiper.

12. He likes to pout a lot. Whether he’s showing off his luscious lips, or just wanting to annoy his members.

13. While it’s hard to believe that Jin loves food because of his slender physique, he is a food lover. He gets so excited that he would make some cute little sounds when he eats.

14. One time when the BTS boys pranked him on his birthday, he got so scared when the girl screamed. His reaction was so priceless that fans can’t get enough of it.
