T.O.P was discharged from military service on July 6th at 7pm KST and on his way out of the underground parking lot netizens noticed that his car was parked in a handicapped spot. The singer then rushed out of the car to avoid reporters as he was heading to a secret "fanmeet" with fans.
The fan meet was reportedly held in front of Hannam Elementary School.
