Details about the currently filming Game of Thrones Prequel are now emerging - from George R.R. Martin's major revelations to set photos dedicated fans share. As fans now know that the spinoff series will have an ensemble cast, much like the original show, a new character has been added to the group.

It was earlier revealed that The Extras Dept., which provided stars to the original HBO series, posted a casting call for a blonde-haired baby girl. Although the role of this kid is yet to be disclosed, the fansite Watchers on the Wall revealed another child had been cast to play a different character.

Young actor Joshua Moabi will join Game of Thrones Prequel to play the role of a Young Alden. Hence, there may be an older Alden. The site even pointed out that the kid seems to look like a young Marquis Rodriguez, who is also a part of the series.

So, it may be safe to assume that Moabi will play Rodriguez's character in a flashback. But as HBO only orders for a pilot as of the moment, fans may see a Young Alden first before they see a full-grown Alden.

There are also assumptions that the blonde-haired baby in the casting call may play as the young character of Naomi Watts. Viewers may first meet the younger versions of Game of Thrones Prequel's stars before the show fast-forwards to the future to introduce their adult selves.

HBO has earlier announced that the prequel will star Watts and Josh Whitehouse. Winter is Coming noted its cast is more diverse compared to the original Game of Thrones.

Aside from Watts and Whitehouse, it will also include Naomi Ackie, Denise Gough, Jamie Campbell Bower, Shiela Atim, Ivanno Jeremiah, Georgie Henley, Alex Sharp, and Toby Regbo. However, HBO has yet to reveal what role these stars are going to play.

The cast breakdown reportedly suggests three females will lead Game of Thrones Prequel - Watts, Ackie, and Gough. But, Martin told Entertainment Weekly the spinoff series could be more accurately described as an "ensemble story."

"I hesitate to use the word 'lead,'" he said. "As you know for Game of Thrones, we never even nominated anybody for a lead actress or lead actor [during awards season] until recently; it was always for supporting [categories] because the show is such an ensemble."

Martin added it would be true for Game of Thrones Prequel, too. They would not have any leads, but a large ensemble cast. The spinoff series is expected to be out in 2020 or 2021.
