A few days ago, Valve confirmed that "Dota Underlords" will have item and hero rotations but so far, the game developer has not mentioned when this will happen. If you both played the popular game "Dota 2" or "Dota Underlords" you have most likely noticed that most of the heroes in "Dota 2" are not yet in the autobattler. Thanks to recently datamined details, fans now know that Valve has prepared something for Underlords players including new heroes, new modes, and new PC options.
YouTuber Tyler McVicker who owns an unofficial channel on YouTube called Valve News Network went through the changes brought by the most recent client update of "Dota Underlords." The biggest news, perhaps in terms of gameplay is the inclusion of skins, references, and models for 16 heroes from "Dota 2." Valve has recently confirmed on the official website of the game that it is going to roll out heroes, Alliances, items, and rotations to the game every season.
But, the recent datamined details shared by the YouTuber gave us a more precise picture of what and who to expect in "Dota Underlords." Fans will soon be able to get their hands on Riki, Vengeful Spirit, Zeus, Storm Spirit, and Dazzle. Other heroes coming to the game include Chen, Dark Seer, Clinkz, Spectre, Rubick, Undying, and Weaver.
But, although we know that these heroes are on their way to "Dota Underlords," at this point, we have no idea how Valve will fit all of them into the game's ecosystem. In addition to the new heroes, data mining activity also uncovered signs that the game will have a Turbo Mode and a replay feature at some point. The turbo mode feature, according to several speculations will be the game's speed-up variant with much faster animations that allows players to collect units rapidly.
Interestingly, dataminers also discovered models for "Dota Underlords" which the game developer previously announced to be one of the upcoming features of the increasingly popular game. Every player will have the chance to choose theirs and achieve bonuses that will benefit some playstyles. However, it is not clear if the Valve will hand out a flat bonus to several Alliances of if they will change other mechanics of the game.
The update for "Dota Underlords" is expected to arrive on Thursday. Valve officially confirmed that it is going to introduce One vs One battle and a massive balance adjustment. The update rolled out last week introduced a small adjustment to Medusa and fixed a bug with Warlocks Alliance. However, in terms of the game's meta, it has made very little adjustments.
