There is no denying that Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper were among the most unexpected pairing in the history of Hollywood. As a matter of fact, the pair caught the hearts of many when they appeared on the 2018 drama-romance film titled A Star Is Born as Ally and Jackson Maine, respectively. Now, new reports are claiming that the rumored couple could be reuniting in a new film.

Rumors are rife that Lady Gaga is competing with Jennifer Lawrence for a role in the imminent new movie titled Nightmare Alley, which would have Bradley Cooper as its main lead male star. Guillermo del Toro is said to act as the screen producer of the imminent remake of the 1947 film after the success of The Share of Water. For starters, the movie centers on the story of a conman who works together with a female psychiatrist to swindle people out of money through a mentalist act.

"Once Bradley seals the deal, every actress in Hollywood will be fighting tooth and nail for the juicy role alongside him," an unnamed Globe source claimed. The same insider stated that Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lawrence are the top two choices to become Bradley Cooper's leading lady. Aside from the "Poker Face" songstress, Bradley has, also, worked with Jennifer in various projects including Serena and Joy, American Hustle, and Silver Linings Playbook.

However, Gossip Cop was quick to debunk the claims. The fact-checking publication claimed a source close to Bradley Cooper revealed that the report about Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lawrence competing for the female lead role of the forthcoming film is a work of fiction. The same tipster even called the claim "insane" as there is zero truth in it.

To further debunk the claim, Empire confirmed recently Cate Blanchett was confirmed to join Bradley Cooper in the said movie. Other personalities reported to appear in the forthcoming film also include Mark Povinelli, Rooney Mara, Willem Dafoe, Richard Jenkins, and Toni Collette among others. In other words, neither Lady Gaga nor Jennifer Lawrence is appearing on the Nightmare Alley.

Meanwhile, the "Shallow" singer just debunked the rumors saying that she and Bradley Cooper are an item by kissing her new boyfriend on the public. It was revealed that audio engineer Dan Horton is the Lady Gaga's new boyfriend.  In other words, fans can stop buying the never-ending romance rumors plaguing the A Star Is Born stars.

"They're working very closely together at a home studio in Hollywood, and sparks just started flying," an insider stated about the "Paparazzi" singer and beau Dan Horton. "People noticed the chemistry early on, and now that she has taken some time to herself, she finally feels free to date. They seem like a pretty good match," the same source went on.
