Jennifer Aniston and her ex-husband Justin Theroux recently reunited to hold a quiet funeral for their departed dog Dolly with no bad blood, contrary to claims of a tabloid that the exes were at each other's throats when Jen got drunk.

According to entertainment blog Gossip Cop, there was no drama in Jen and Justin's reunion, contrary to reports by the National Enquirer that Jen started to get mean at Justin she had a few drinks after the funeral.

The tabloid cited a source who proclaimed that Jen started calling out her ex for trying to look cool and trendy and for dating around. The outfit further claimed that Aniston lashed out at her ex for simply disappearing without communication one month after their split.

The alleged drama reportedly happened after an initially amicable reunion between the exes after their dog Dolly passed away. In their report, Gossip Cop said that it reached out to Aniston's rep who went on record to dismiss the claims.

Further debunking the report was Theroux's rep who dismissed the report as a complete fabrication.

A separate report from Harper's Bazaar, a much more credible source disclosed that Jen and Justin recently got together after the death of Dolly, the dog they both shared when they were still together. Justin even bid an emotional farewell for their dog in his Instagram which showed her cloaked in flower petals and lying in a soft blanket.

"Tonight, at sunset, after a heroic struggle ... our most loyal family member and protector, Dolly A. laid down her sword and shield. She was surrounded by her entire family," Theroux posted on his Instagram.

Like their amicable separation, the former couple showed no signs of animosity at the solemn occasion. Rather, HB reported that they even held hands to provide emotional support after the loss of their beloved friend.

Dolly was an important part of Jen and Justin's life and was even part of their wedding held in their home. Hollywood insiders have indicated that the loss came as a blow to Jen, who loved her pets and treated them like her own family.

In fact, in an interview, Aniston explained how she valued her work and her loved ones, including her furry companions.

"I don't live to work; I really do work to live. I love my home, I love my dogs, I love my friends, I love the simplicity of watching a sunset," the former Friends star, said.
