While the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Buckingham Palace have yet to confirm or deny the speculations, recent snaps of Prince William’s wife seemingly confirmed the pregnancy rumors.
New Idea shared two photos of Kate Middleton’s baby bump then added the headline, “Kate Finally Confirms Baby No. 4. First Baby Bump Pics!” The tabloid shared pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge wearing pink flow Sunday dress, as she spent some quality time with her kids.
The first snap allegedly showed Kate Middleton’s baby bump as she carried Prince Louis in her arms. The second one still showed the Duchess of Cambridge carrying her one-year-old son, but Prince George and Princess Charlotte were included in the picture. So is the mother-of-three expecting a fourth child with Prince William?
Kate has a very tiny frame, and the tabloid pointed out that her abdomen looks much bigger than usual. New idea alleged that Prince William and Kate Middleton would be putting off a pregnancy announcement after the Duchess of Cambridge reaches the 12-week mark.
Meanwhile, an insider previously told New Idea that the 37-year-old mom wanted to add another member to their family. "Kate has seen the bond between George and Charlotte and thinks it would be lovely if Louis had a sister closer to his age. She is very friendly with Crown Princess Mary of Denmark and admires the way she has coped with four children," the tipster alleged.
The site then quoted a Daily Mail source who reportedly said, “Catherine would like a fourth child. She loves children and is prepared to put herself through another pregnancy even though they have been complicated in the past.”
Prince William and Kate Middleton know their duties to the public and would not keep this alleged fourth pregnancy a secret from anyone. Although there is a tiny bump that can be seen in the photos, it is quite hard to confirm if it is indeed Kate Middleton's baby bump. But just like most speculations regarding the Royal family, this has yet to be verified.
