The girl group Sonamoo also filed a lawsuit for a confirmation of the invalidity of their exclusive contract with the agency TS Entertainment.

According to the law firm, Ye Hyun, on September 23rd, Nahyun and Sumin in Sonamoo sent the proof that the exclusive contract with their agency was terminated in May. As TS Entertainment did not fulfill the requirements, two singers filed a lawsuit to confirm the invalidity of the exclusive contract through a legal representative in August. The two have not yet received a response from the company.

The members of Sonamoo and TS Entertainment have already been in conflict for a long time. However, in this regard, the agency said, "It is difficult to announce our position."

TS Entertainment once attracted attention by creating popular groups such as Secret and B.A.P. However, the company was continually caught in controversy due to conflicts with artists who have exclusive contracts.

Jeon Hyo Sung, who was a former member of Secret, had legal fight with TS and received a recommendation for reconciliation from the court after two years of lawsuits. Another member, Song Jieun, is in a legal dispute, and the company argues that she has "double-signed contract with another agency". Sleepy, who recently agreed to terminate the exclusive contract, filed a lawsuit for damages against TS Entertainment.

B.A.P, who had a dispute for a long time and returned to TS Entertainment, has ended the exclusive contract in order of Bang Yongguk, Zelo and Him Chan since September.
