Goo Hye Sun has been active in advertising her book even during the divorce proceeding against Ahn Jae-hyun.

On September 25th, the publisher in charge of Goo's essay book, "I'm Your Companion Animal'', released questions and answers with the actress.

Goo Hye Sun said in an interview, "I like to be alone, but sometimes I feel lonely when I'm alone. But after I was surrounded by my kids(her pets), I wasn't lonely because my place got always crowded. Taking care of them made me have a sense of responsibility."

She talked about her experience of losing one of her pets. She said, "I felt like I lost everything. I was so sorry that I felt even suffocated. It was unbearable pain I could not bear by myself."

In addition, the actress said, "Pets are my everything. Even when I was looking at them, I was still missing them. That is the moment I feel happiest."

Goo's photo essay 'I'm Your Companion Animal' has also become a bestseller. She gave thanks on her Instagram. However, her active advertisement of her book is also receiving criticism due to her ongoing process of divorce with Ahn Jae Hyun.

Goo has continued to expose via SNS about the issue with Ahn. She said, "I want to protect my family," but did not stop revealing. In the end, Ahn filed a divorce lawsuit instead of a consultation divorce.

Goo also said she plans to file a divorce lawsuit against Ahn through a legal representative on September 24th. The legal representative expressed a strong position, saying, "We will proceed with the lawsuit by submitting all the evidence for the facts claimed."

Her essays are still being promoted during the divorce lawsuit. What will be the consequences of this way?

Below is the interview with Goo Hye Sun

1.What was a difference between 'I'm Your Companion Animal' and 'Tears are Heart-Shaped'? What did you focus on this time?

If the novel focused on telling stories by creating spaces, characters, and relationships with imagination, the essay focused on my feelings as they are.

2. It contains a lot of text and photos. When did you start working?

Since three years ago, I have written down my feelings when I watched my children.

3. Why did you decide to write an essay?

In fact, I wanted to write an essay before I died. But when I realized that my kids were getting older and didn't have many days to spend with, I started writing.

4. Do you have any pets you've been living with before these six animals?

It was a cute dog named 'Jjang Ah'. She was loved not only by me but also by my parents, so I let her spend the last moment with my parents. She went to heaven early this year.

5. Have you adopted several animals at once? Or did you bring them one by one?

I brought them one by one. Many people knew that I was raising animals and asked how to adopt them. As I was helping them to adopt, if the process was canceled, I brought the pet and started to raise myself.

Every pet came to my home for different reasons.

6. I would like to hear what was particularly good to have a large number of animals.

I like to be alone, but sometimes I feel lonely. Since I was with my children, my space was always crowded and I didn't feel lonely anymore. Taking care of my children made me have a sense of responsibility.

7. On the contrary, are there any real challenges with many animals?

Dogs and cats are mixed, but surprisingly there aren't many difficulties between them because they have their own rules and order. However, it is not easy to erase the markings of children's areas and cleaning the toilet sometimes.

8. How are dogs and cats getting along?

I think they recognize different animals. And most of all, they don't care much one another. In the days when there were only one dog and one cat, they were close enough to sleep together. But as the family grew, the relationship changed. Now everyone is doing their job at their position.

9. In addition to dogs and cats, are there any other pets you want to raise? If so, what animal?

No. There is not

10. I wonder what the charms of dogs and cats are about.

The dog runs to me and gives me love, and the cat hangs on me and gives me love.

11. The book also mentions anxiety about the future parting with pets, or the feelings of loss they had after parting. Can you tell me how you felt when you went through a loss of pet?

I felt I lost all of myself. I felt sorry and even suffocated in my heart. It was hard enough to overcome alone.

12. All six animals will eventually come to pass away. Do you have any special feelings for them?

I want to say this. "Sweetheart. I will follow someday. I will find you. Wherever it is. "

13. What is a pet in your life?

I think it's everything to me.

14. In your book, there are several places where you photographed your pet. Especially Gamja seems to have gone to the beach with you. How do you feel about traveling with pets?

In fact, my pets did not seem to like to travel; they just put their butt on my side and slept all the time.

They prefer to stay in a peaceful and settled place. I want to give this kind of environment for them.

15. What do you think about the recent movement related to the animal welfare?

I think it's also positive to make a voice so that animals and humans can live together.

16. Do you plan to create novels or movies other than essays or pictures based on the pet animals you live with?

I want to make a 30-minute film. Like the book, the title is 'I'm Your Companion Animal'.

17. What would you like to talk to if your pet can speak?

I still say it often, but I want to say more properly that I love them.

18. When have you been happiest with your pet recently?

Even though I see children, sometimes I feel like seeing them more. That is the moment I feel happiest.

19. Finally, please say something to people who love animals.

I hope my book will be sympathetic to people with their pet. Always be healthy and happy!
