It looks like Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are not safe from divorce rumors. Reports have it the former first couple is getting a $150-million divorce as they are allegedly on the verge of breaking up.

A tabloid claimed Barack and Michelle are opting for a more than $100-million divorce. Allegedly, the former President of the United States doesn't like his wife's "snooty Hollywood lifestyle." Michelle, on the other hand, is reportedly complaining over her husband's refusal to get a real job after leaving the White House.

An alleged source said Barack "hurled his ring at Michelle" that started the end of their relationship. Because of this, the two are said to be not on speaking teams. They, too, are, reportedly, consulting high-profile divorce attorneys now.

Although there seems to be no evidence to support the divorce claims, Barack is said to be seen not wearing his wedding ring in a speaking engagement in Germany in September. However, it has been known that the first African-American president is always taking off his wedding ring whenever he is going to public places and doing a lot of handshakings to avoid losing it.

As revenge, Michelle, allegedly, wanted to run for the presidency to humiliate and show her husband that she is more famous than him. After he learned of his wife's plans to "upstage his political legacy," Barack is reportedly stunned.

Despite the claims, there is no truth that Barack and Michelle are opting for a $150-millin divorce. This rumor is said to be based on Michelle's statement about their marriage in an interview with Good Morning America, where she said they opted for marriage counseling in the past to talk about their differences, per Time.

Although a lot of young people see Barack and Michelle's almost three-decade-long romance as the ultimate relationship goals, the latter said good marriage takes a lot of work, and couples should never be afraid to ask for help when they need it. "We work on our marriage, and we get help with our marriage when we need it," she said.

Michelle also cleared there is no chance that she will run for president, per The Hill. The 55-year-old university administrator said there are a lot of ways that she could help improve the country and build a better world that without the need to be the U.S. president.
