Kate Middleton's relationship with Prince William had faced opposition from the royal family at first. But, now, she has their votes, especially from Queen Elizabeth II. Royal sources revealed that the Queen has given her complete confidence in Kate because of her royalty traits as it, reportedly, impressed her.
As Prince William and Kate Middleton are visiting Pakistan, the 37-year-old Duchess of Cambridge has shown off her exemplary dedication to her duties as a member of the royal family. She has won the admiration and trust of the Queen over the years because of her hard work ethic.
Royal expert and editor of Majesty Magazine Ingrid Seward said the Pakistan tour not only shows Queen Elizabeth II's confidence in Prince William but on Kate Middleton too. Seward told Hello Magazine (via Express.uk) that the Pakistan tour is a very serious and politically sensitive endeavor, but the Queen is confident about the people she sent over.
"The Queen obviously got a terrific faith in their [William and Kate] ability to do it brilliantly," she said.
Seward noted that, since she got married to William, Kate was able to change the royal family's impression on her. Over the years, the mother of three heirs to the throne has found a way to balance her royal duties and her obligations to her family. Kate is always on her toes and never put a foot wrong on everything that she does.
In a recent cover story of People Magazine, several royal sources also talked about how Kate's confidence grew from being a newbie in the royal circle to a future queen. They commented on how the Duchess of Cambridge's growing confidence in her role is seen on her increasing interest in mental health and addiction awareness, and on children's charities.
She is getting involved in family-centered projects such as her Back to Nature garden. Reports said the garden was conceptualized with Kate and William's children -- Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1 -- in mind.
Royal insiders noted how Kate exuded confidence when she delivered her speech at the official opening of her Back to Nature garden at RHS Wisley recently. She talked about how to develop the love of the outdoors among children in the speech that she wrote herself. Another source told Express.uk said Kate has been writing her own speeches because she is sure of the message that she wants to convey.
Meanwhile, during their tour in Pakistan, the Cambridges will be visiting charitable organizations. They will also look into how communities respond to climate change.
