Kate Middleton put everyone in awe with the stunning outfits she donned during her Pakistan tour with her husband, Prince William. According to reports, the Duchess of Cambridge only spent $16,200 for all the ensembles she brought, from the designer to traditional clothes.

Fashion expert commentator Karine Laudort told FEMAIL that Kate opted for "very and simple style" while she was in Pakistan. "Conscious of her surroundings and traditions of Pakistan, she opted for a non-ostentatious wardrobe, where less is more," she said. "The price range of every outfit has remained very affordable and in keeping with the discretion voluntarily displayed in each look."

Kate wore a shalwar kameez by Catherine Walker, as a nod to the country's tradition. She also donned a blue kurta and scarf by Maheen Khan, which seemed to pay tribute to Prince William's later mother, Princess Diana. According to Daily Mail, it resembled the Princess of Wales' light blue floral patterned outfit when she visited the Imran Khan Shaukat Khanum memorial hospital in Lahore in May 1997.

The mother-of-three also received praises when she arrived at the Lahore airport dressed in white shalwar kameez by Gul Ahmed. Kate Middleton also made a great impression when she went for a monochrome look by donning a black and white coat by Beulah when she went to the Army Canine Centre in Islamabad. She completed her look with simple black footwear.

Prince William and Kate Middleton went on a state visit to Pakistan for a five-day tour last week. The two walked in the footsteps of Princess Diana, who also made a huge impression when she visited the country.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge dined with Prime Minister Imran Khan, visited children hospital, and also met the dignitaries and the public alike when they went to the iconic mosque, per Mirror Online. They also did some activities like playing cricket, watching traditional dancers dancing, and having a discussion with a glacier expert about climate change.

The royal couple also went to Islamabad, Lahore, and visited the countryside in the north that was about more than 1,000km of traveling. In an official statement, Kensington Palace revealed that the Pakistan tour was the "most complex tour" that Prince William and Kate Middleton did to date due to the "logistical and security considerations" in the country.

Pakistan is the host of one of Britain's largest overseas networks. The British High Commission in Islamabad is one of the U.K.'s largest diplomatic missions in the world. Despite the security threats, Prince William and Kate Middleton are back safe and sound from their tour.
