The pressure of Kate Middleton is enormous enough for being the wife of a member of a royal prince. This pressure is expected to mount even higher as the public attention is now focusing on her because of the likelihood that she will be crowned as Queen in the future.
This makes astrologer Russell Grant to advise Kate. Express cited Grant as saying that the Duchess of Cambridge should once in a while try to escape the pressure of the royals' daily duties aside from being a mother to three young kids.
Grant noted that a change of daily scene in Kate Middleton's life will be therapeutic not only to her but to her husband as well. Apparently, she will connect easier with Prince William when she removes the pressure in her daily life.
"Travel to a faraway place will give your imagination a chance to wander," the publication quoted Grant as saying.
It seems like the 37-year-old royal has been listening to advises. She, recently, broke a royal protocol in what seems to be a break from her daily routine as a member of the royal family.
Kate Middleton attended the King's Cup regatta in Cowes, England in shorts. This was the first time the Duchess was seen in this type of clothing since she became part of the royal family in 2011. The last time she was photographed clad in this particular apparel was in September 2008 during the Day-Glo Midnight Roller Disco Party in London.
Kate Middleton's fashion style at the time received mix reactions from the public. Some praised the royal for wearing what looks good and comfortable to her rather than following rules.
Page Six commentator Elana Fishman seems to have defended Kate's move too. Fishman stressed that to ordinary people there is nothing wrong with wearing shorts since it is summer season and everyone is wearing the same outfit. She, however, said it becomes a big deal on Kate Middleton because the public rarely sees her in shorts and she wasn't a royal yet the last time she wore one.
However, a US commentator has a different opinion about Kate's fashion choices and branded the royal as "boring." Social editor Kristin McNamara said she still sees a "boring Kate" despite the break in royal protocol. McNamara added she was disappointed as she had high hopes from Kate Middleton when it comes to style and fashion.
"I just wish she had one-tenth of Princess Diana's sense of style... They're back in style, but she's boring Kate, so what do we expect?" she said.
