NCIS season 17 episode 8 is still a few weeks away. But, this episode will feature one of the most intriguing cases so far this season. Some may probably think that this episode comes with fun especially since the title is "Musical Chair." But, in reality, this episode will actually feature a murder of a musician in the Navy's most elite band.
In NCIS season 17 episode 8, a musician was murdered. So, the team starts to investigate the case of the dead artist who is part of a group that usually performs at diplomatic events around the world. Now, one of the main questions within this episode is: what's the motive of the killer for exterminate this person?
Right now, there were no clues as to who did this. It seems like the band is part of an organization that does not do anything bad, and they only give entertainment and musical enjoyment during special events. But, as per CarterMatt, the person who was killed probably has a secret and the killer knew what this person is hiding, which lead him to hurt the musician.
Meanwhile, one of the possible reasons why NCIS season 17 episode 8 and other upcoming episodes were delayed is because the series is anticipating for the World Series game 6. Or, the show is probably taking a break to prepare for Halloween and there might not be more viewers watching it live. Despite the delay, the series still provided previews of episodes six to eight.
In episode 6, titled "Institutionalized," a petty officer's son has been murdered and Dante Brown -- Kasie's lifelong best friend -- is the suspect. This episode will arrive on Nov. 5. In episode 7, "No Vacancy," the team uncovers a labyrinth of live-streaming spy cameras hidden in Virginia motel's rooms while they investigate a Marine's murder. This episode will air on Nov. 12.
CarterMatt also noted there's no guarantee there will be a new episode during the Thanksgiving week. But, the stories in these upcoming three episodes hint that more interesting things are coming within the series. Also, Cote de Pablo's character, Ziva David, will return for at least another couple of episodes and this news makes fans even more excited.
NCIS season 17 episode 8 will arrive on Tuesday, Nov. 19, on CBS Television Network.
