She explained that the firm might find it hard to understand the nuances of the royal family and their relationship with the press. Also, it may have a hard time to improve the former actress' reputation with the British public.
An American citizen herself, Lynn Adams, admitted she couldn't understand why a royal family member would hire a foreign PR company.
