With the Sussex couple's "bombshell" interview with Tom Bradby, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shockingly revealed their current struggles in living the royal life. Not to mention, the couple also expressed the disappointments and pains they've experienced with the British press.
Fans were quite surprised upon witnessing the interview. Aside from Prince Harry's subtle confirmation on a possible ongoing rift between him and his brother, Prince William, Meghan Markle almost cried during the interview.
This interview from the documentary, Harry & Meghan: An African Journey sparked a lot of discussions and debates among fans and critics. While some remain supportive of the couple, others find the interview very inappropriate and offensive. Even so, experts believe that the rest of the British royal family wants nothing but the best for Sussex couple.
Some royal fans and supporters claimed that Queen Elizabeth II should do something about it to alleviate the situation. Although this kind of suggestion aims only for things to get better, many critics and experts attested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should not be "pampered," especially by the senior members of the monarchy.
In a discussion site, many royal fans also argue about the matter. The majority of the fandom claimed that Meghan's problems with her life right now is not solvable by letting the whole world be "in" it. This just makes things worse, some fans added.
As for others, they attested that not even Queen Elizabeth II or Camilla Parker Bowles, or even Kate Middleton can help her. As it happens, only one person can, and that is her father.
Meghan Markle and her father, Thomas Markle Sr., were very close before. However, things went far south when Thomas started talking to the press and media about her daughter, Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry.
It is also worth noting that Thomas Markle Sr. also called the British Royal family a "cult," in front of the press. So, it is not surprising why Meghan and Thomas are not on good terms these days.
