It can't be denied that Taylor Swift is one of the most successful pop singers today. She is an icon in her own right, but she has a fair share of controversies. The 29-year-old star has been in a feud with different artists, but not everything in the headline is true.

Earlier this year, a tabloid created a made-up story about Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande's alleged rift. A questionable source said that the "Shake it Off" hitmaker was jealous of the 26-year-old songstress' "massive success." Hence, she was allegedly planning to get back on top by releasing a new single to take her place. The insider continued to say that Swift was on a "lie-low" because of her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, but she was worried that people would forget her for being "low-key."

In April, another publication claimed Taylor Swift and Katy Perry were competing over who among them would tie the knot first. Allegedly, the competition started when the latter announced her engagement to Orlando Bloom in February. Another phony tipster added that Swift was also engaged to Joe Alwyn, although in secret. She was supposedly worried that Perry would outdo her wedding.

The source asserted that Taylor Swift believed that Katy Perry learned her secret engagement, so she rushed her's. Hence, the Lover artist reportedly wanted to fly in her A-list friends on private jets to have an over-the-top wedding that would surpass Perry's ceremony.

Lastly, in March, another tabloid argued that Taylor Swift would have a catfight with Beyoncé at the Oscars over their competing performances in Cats and The Lion King. A different anonymous insider maintained that the two were desperate to have their films recognized at the Academy Awards, so they were working on their respective campaigns.

Gossip Cop debunked all these made-up stories, asserting there was no truth about it. At the time that the Taylor-Swift-Beyonce-catfight report was made, Cats wasn't finished filming yet. They were also in a different category: Taylor would be in the acting class, while Beyoncé would be competing for Best Original Song.

There was also no truth to Katy Perry and Taylor Swift's feud. The tabloid was said to be only trying to reignite their rift after they managed to solve their issues last year. Lastly, there was also no bad blood between Swift and Ariana Grande. Her new music had nothing to do with the younger singer, and her latest releases were part of her work.

Taylor Swift has been in the most publicized celebrity feuds, and some of them are with Diplo, Katy Perry, Scooter Braun, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Lorde, Joe Jonas, Kim Kardashian, and her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris. Also, she has a rift with Demi Lovato, John Mayer, Yael Cohen Braun, Karlie Kloss, Amy Poehler, Hailey Baldwin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and Tina Fey.
