As a popular royal couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are always in the news. They are one of the most talked-about and sought-after pairs in the media that it seems everything they do and say is being watched or over-analyzed.

Are Prince Harry and Meghan magnets for controversy? Is their life filled with so much drama and problems as reported in the press?

According to some fans on Quora, the drama that surrounds Prince Harry and Meghan are not of their own doing. Instead, it's initiated by the gutter press who hang on to every statement and action that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex do or say.

Another royal fan agreed that it's the press who loves to attach and analyze things or situations in the royal family as if it were of grave significance. When in truth, most of the things that happen to Prince Harry and Meghan are uncorroborated and sensationalized.

For instance, the Duchess of Sussex said that her relationship with her half-siblings was never solid even before she met Prince Harry. Since she has a different mom and the gap between her and her siblings are too far apart, she never got the chance to grow up with them.

However, the press makes it appear that she's been intentionally keeping her distance from her half-siblings. The haters, on the other hand, buy into the idea that Meghan Markle is a bad sister.

Another controversy that was taken out of proportion and sensationalized was when Prince Harry and Meghan decided they will make their baby's birth and baptism private. The media made a big deal out of the secrecy when the truth is, they have every right to decide what they would like to share with the public, according to one commenter on Quora.

One fan also stated that it's the haters who make up the drama about Prince Harry and Meghan, especially the duchess. The number of coverages about her alone makes some people feel that they have the right to be nasty to her.

Meanwhile, actress Helena Bonham Carter gave some unsolicited advice to the duchess. While guesting on Watch What Happens Live, Bonham Carter said that Prince Harry's wife does not need to pay attention to the negative press.

Bonham Carter is playing a royal in the third season of The Crown on Netflix. She's also been in the limelight for over 20 years as an international superstar.

Th actress said that Meghan's haters have a problem with themselves and not about who the Duchess of Sussex is. Thus, Meghan should never let a stranger affect her self-esteem.
