There is an interesting story within this episode as it will feature one of the characters meeting a potential love interest. Frank Gallagher will probably be the center of this episode since he found someone who could change his life.

Deadline reported Elizabeth Rodriguez will have a recurring role this season. Reportedly, she will play Faye, a woman who's set to stir some drama to the Gallagher family.
The character has been reported to be an absolute "femme fatale" and wanted to become close to Frank. However, her ulterior motive will not be immediately revealed, though she might brew some chaos because of her slightly antagonistic role. Frank has been with troubled ladies in the past: Bianca, Monica, and Ingrid. Now, it seems like Faye is different since he considered her as a "woman of his dreams."
Meanwhile, Shameless season 10 episode 11 will also see Carl embracing his civic duty. Debbie, on the other hand, is searching for her next payday. As for V and Kev, they go undercover to find new customers after a tragedy strikes at the Alibi. Lastly, Ian and Mickey will be working together, but they got roped into a dangerous scam for Paula.
Although it's a bad news Ian and Mickey are doing something dangerous, the good news here is that they are now working together outside of prison. It has been teased that Mickey would be out of jail, though the circumstances of his exit weren't yet clear at the moment. Despite that, it's still fun to see these two working together and trying to have a normal life outside of prison.
Shameless season 10 episode 7 will air on Sunday, Dec. 22, on Showtime.
