If there is a Hollywood actress that fans could relate to when it comes to holidays trouble, that would be Jennifer Garner. The Alias actress shared a couple of hilarious videos of her Christmas mishaps and fans could totally relate to her.
On Christmas Eve, Jen is still busy wrapping Christmas gifts. Considering how many friends she and her kids have, it is understandable that up to the last minute, the actress is doing gift wrapping. What is admirable is that she doesn't show any sign of holiday panic. In fact, she skillfully resolved a present peek-a-boo problem.
In the video she shared on Instagram, Garner neatly wrapped an oddly shaped gift. But then she realized that there was a small part at the bottom that was left uncovered. She found a similar gift wrapper she used in the gift and skillfully patch the peek-a-boo without ruining the entire wrap.
"Mischief managed," Garner said before she whispered, "It's a ukulele!" which the bizarre shape of the gift.
Earlier this month, the Daredevil actress also posted a video of her gigantic Christmas tree. Garner said the huge evergreen was unintentionally purchased.
In the clip, the mother-of-three revealed that their recently purchased Christmas tree had just been delivered to her house. However, the tree was way taller than the one she and her family thought they had chosen.
The Peppermint actress said before they bought a Christmas tree, she told her kids that they would go bigger this year since they have a high ceiling foyer. However, she was shocked when the tree was delivered to their house and it was not the one they are expecting.
The clip started in a close-up of Garner in front of some green branches. Then it zooms out to reveal the massive tree which is towering over Garner's 5'8" frame.
Garner shouts, "It's a little aggressive!" and some of her celebrity friends agree. Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Katie Couric expressed how amazed they are of how big Jen's tree is.
It looks like Garner's ex-husband, Ben Affleck, has something to do with the big tree. The Batman actor accompanied Jen and their kids on their Christmas tree shopping on their daughter Violet's birthday.
Affleck failed to spend Christmas with his family this year as he flew back to New Orleans for the filming of his upcoming movie, Deep Water. Though he wasn't with them this Christmas, Ben is surely remembered as they exchange gifts beneath the giant Christmas tree.
