Jennifer Aniston was ready to start a family and have babies with Brad Pitt when they were married. In an unearthed interview from 2004, the actress directly said that it was time for them to have child but their marriage broke apart the following year as Brad left her for Angelina Jolie.

In an interview with The Guardian, Jennifer said that she believes that she can still work while pregnant despite their busy schedules. She also said that she was looking forward to slowing down if she and Brad were going to go for the pregnancy.

At that time, Brad was wrapping up Mr. & Mrs. Smith with Angelina, while Jennifer was nearly done filming the final episodes of her hit series Friends. The actress said that she will be able to travel with her husband as he begins work on Ocean Twelve. Alas, the baby for Jennifer and Brad never came as the couple's five-year marriage ended up in divorce.

Three years later, Jennifer said in an interview with Vogue that she and Brad remained friends because they had an amicable divorce. She relayed that they have been "unbelievably warm and respectful of each other" and that she's happy for her ex-husband's babies with his new partner.

Jennifer, however, admitted that there were some hurtful things she found out about Brad's affair with Angelina that happened while he was still married to her. Angelina revealed the details in a previous Vogue interview.

But the fact that Jennifer and Brad they remained civil and cordial with each other even after their relationship broke down might have helped them rekindle their friendship today. In the last year, Brad has been to two of his ex-wife's most important parties -- her birthday in February and her Christmas party at her house in Beverly Hills.

Meanwhile, all eyes will be on Jennifer and Brad at the Golden Globe Awards this coming Sunday, Jan. 5. According to Daily Mail, the two superstars will be seated just a few feet apart as they are both up for major acting plums in the movies and television category.

Sources said that Jennifer and Brad are going to be seated in separate tables but those tables will be next to each other. Their agents and managers have agreed to the seating arrangement and insiders said that this was the clearest public sign that they are on good terms after more than 15 years since their divorce.
