Catherine Zeta-Jones is very happy in her marriage to Michael Douglas. The Hollywood A-list couple has been rumored breaking up over allegation of sexual misconduct on the actor. This was proven as false as Zeta-Jones and Douglas are still very much together and just recently spent the holidays in Africa.

Split rumors emerged a year ago when the Star claimed the Feud actress is allegedly divorcing Douglas after the actor was accused of misconduct by a former employee of his production company. At the time, the tabloid's source claimed Catherine has been warning the Ant-Man actor that she will leave him when more of his affairs would become public.

The insider said though the actress cares about her husband, she is no longer in love with him. The source added Zeta-Jones has been quietly giving instructions to her lawyers to prepare the divorce papers.

Gossip Cop pointed out at the time that the rumors about the couple's marriage are not true for so many reasons. For a starter, Douglas' alleged harassment happened a year ago before the tabloid published the article.

The Oscar-winning actor was accused by author Susan Braudy of the misconduct in January 2018. He already denied the allegation and no charges have been filed against him.

Gossip Cop pointed out that this is not the only false report that Star had made on the Douglases. In 2018, the outlet also alleged that the couple is "being at each other's throats" over their daughter, Carys Zeta, obsession with Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Zeta-Jones and Douglas were allegedly arguing over Carys' modeling career. Apparently, the actor wants her to go to college, while Catherine doesn't think it is a priority. Douglas' rep denied the rumor.

To date, Catherine Zeta-Jones, 50, and Michael Douglas, 75, are still married and no sign that they are heading to a divorce. In fact, the couple along with their children, Dylan, 19, and Carys, 16, recently spent the holidays in Africa.

The No Reservations actress documented their vacation in a series of videos and photos that she shared on Instagram. The family vacation is also a sort of reunion for the couple's children.

Dylan and Carys have been apart since the former goes to college. Dylan is a sophomore at Brown University.

"Best friends united!!" Dylan captioned a photo of his sister kissing him on the cheek while they are in Cape Town, South Africa.
